With about 80 days left in the slammer, Weezy reached out to his fans with his 5^th letter while incarcerated in Rikers Island. Weezy shares that he has met some really cool people, although jail isn’t a cool place to be.

He also admits that the best lesson he has learned since being behind bars is “to not come back.” He says he’s been working out despite the heat and that he’ll be a “little bulky” when he touches down.

He also gives his kids special shoutouts at the end. Check it:

Me, I’m good, figured I’d update my glorious fans again. Better sooner than later right? I’ll try to do this more frequently.

Well ain’t nothing going on in here but the time, which seems like it’s taking forever. I’m trying to make the most out of every second tho, mentally. There’s some pretty cool people in here. Even though this isn’t a cool place to be. I’ve learned plenty already and the best lesson is to not come back. Last night, I kicked ass in UNO! Anyway, that’s neither here nor there. Just thought I’d let y’all know. Gotta stay hydrated. Though it’s hot, I still work out. Now don’t be expecting me to look like Hercules when I get out, but I should be a little bulky. I guess. Anyways, please remember to always check for your name in the “thank yous”. I’m always reading letters and responding. Off the subject but her Chris [Bosh], I think you should team up with Kobe! Go Lakers! Hey Lindsey, glad it’s over doll. I should have written her huh? Young Money, you’re the best I ever had. Look out for Nino 3, and I Am Not A Human Being. Coming soon. Mother, I love you. Weezy’s 3^rd babymama, Lauren London, is keeping herself busy by making her first appearance on the big screen post pregnancy. She will be joining the cast of ‘Tyler Perry’s Madea’s Big Happy Family.’

She will join The Old Spice Guy, Isaiah Mustafa, who recently landed the lead role in the film, Bow Wow and Loretta Divine. The film is about a man, Calvin (Old Spice Guy’s character), who is struggling with the different relationships he has with members of his family. Lauren will play Bow Wow’s girlfriend in the film. Filming began this week in Atlanta and production is expected to wrap up in early September.

Lauren is also starring in a film produced by Queen Latifah called ‘Single Ladies’ alongside Lisa Raye and Stacy Dash.

In other news, Paula Cook has finally broke the silence about her divorce situation and his affair with Fantasia. Paula’s divorce attorney tells PEOPLE, "She is saddened and disheartened by the end of her marriage. She’s embarrassed, and humiliated and distressed by the lack of respect that was shown for her marriage by Ms. Barrino."

According to court documents, Paula planned a romantic trip to New Orleans for her and Antwaun’s wedding anniversary. She ended up going on the trip solo, although she didn’t explain why he didn’t go.

She learned about Antwaun and Fantasia’s affair while vacationing alone on her wedding anniversary in New Orleans: "She wanted nothing more than to have a happy family with her husband and her children. And she’s not been able to do that. The only mistake she made was marrying a man who Ms. Barrino felt like she was entitled to have. She is having to defend her marriage, when she didn’t ask for this," according to Paula’s attorney, Tamela Wallace.

Her attorney never confirmed that Paula was going to sue Fantasia under North Carolina’s "homewrecker" law but that she is "weighing her options."

Wow. She had to learn about Fantasia and Antwaun’s affair on her wedding anniversary trip alone?? Damn.

Kanye Wests’ Tweet Instantly Makes His Fan Famous

Kanye is so famous, all he has to do is tweet you, and you’re an instant star. After a fan named Steven Holmes left a comment on his Twitter page, Kanye decided to follow him and the rest is history.

A young white kid from Coventry, England was inundated with tweets after Kanye decided to choose him as the one person he’d randomly follow.

“I just commented on something on Kanye West’s account and next thing I know he’s following me,” Holmes told his hometown paper, the Coventry Telegraph.

After he realized he’d been singled out, an elated Holmes thanked West on his account, Tweeting, “Holy s— bro thx for following!” West, who’s been making headlines for his vastly entertaining tweets, responded in kind, “You are the chosen one dun dun dun dun.”

But the honeymoon didn’t last long, as Holmes found it difficult dealing with the barrage of followers and journalists hounding his Twitter account.

“About 20 seconds later I had 20 messages from people I didn’t even know and my phone wouldn’t stop bleeping,” Holmes told the newspaper.

While West basked in his renewed limelight, his “chosen one” has decided that fame’s not for him. Following the influx of followers post-Kanye and pestering from the press, Holmes decided to take a break from Twitter until his fifteen minutes simply pass him by.

“This has been completely surreal and I really have no desire for this attention i’m just a normal person,” Holmes tweeted Monday. “I won’t be speaking to [any more press], surprisingly not everyone wants to be famous. That’s all I’m saying – peace out x.”

Kanye’s tweets are like Lil’ Wayne’s penis. Everything it touches becomes famous for no reason. All he has to do is call you ‘the chosen one’ and POW, instant fame! Dun Dun Dun Duuuun! GTFOH. Ye’ said it best: “No one man should have all that power.”

Over the weekend, Mary J. Blige debuted her one of a kind fragrance, My Life, on HSN. Her segments were so popular that she went on to sell 50,000 bottles making it the network’s fastest selling and most popular perfume to date.

Sales from the fragrance grossed about .7 million of which from each bottle will be donated to Blige’s foundation, FFAWN (Foundation for the Advancement of Women Now).

An excited Mary later posted on Twitter:

R&B singer Anthony Hamilton is going to be changing diapers again - twice over.

Hamilton’s rep recently confirmed that he and and his wife, Tarsha, are expecting twins this October.

The happy couple recently hosted a baby shower, with guests that included American Idol winner Fantasia Barrino. When the twin arrive in October, they will be greeted by siblings Anthony Jr, 21, Romeiro, 19, and Tristen, 13.

Swizz Makes Alicia An Honest Woman… Blows Big Bank On Yacht Wedding In Sardinia

Miss Info broke the news that Swizzy and Alicia Keys have ~~saved their child from bastard status~~ become man and wife. It looks like we were right about the yacht party:

I’d like to be the first to congratulate Swizz Beatz and his wife Alicia Keys on their wedding celebration that happened today (Sat. July. 31st, 2010). Swizz hit me up about the festivities last week, but I promised to keep it under wraps until the big day.

The couple brought together an intimate gathering of family and friends and celebrated their new marriage and their baby on the way, aboard a 260-foot yacht on the Mediterranean Sea, near Sardinia’s uber-exclusive Costa Smeralda enclave* (think St.Tropez-swag on 100-thousand-trillion, lol).

Apparently Swizz was dropping hints on Twitter:

He tweeted about the pre-wedding festivities last night and on the big day all he could say was “Wowwwww!”

Obviously because Swizz and AK aren’t Italian citizens, they got officially hitched in the Tri-State area before leaving for Europe. And at that small ceremony, the bride reportedly wore Vera Wang, the groom wore Tom Ford, and, of course, the footwear was all Louboutin (Swizz’s friend and collaborator*). Meanwhile Swizz celebrated with not one but two bachelor parties, one in New York and one on Friday (July 30) at Sardinia’s legendary Billionaire Club (owned by Formula One scion Flavio Briatore and home to the k Cristal methuselahs)*.

I’ve been hearing details about Friday’s all-white party and the lifestyle of Costa Smeralda…it definitely seems like a slice of “La Dolce Vita” that traditionally excludes rather than embraces diversity
