According to WMC-TV in Memphis, a woman was taken in for questioning today in the continuing investigation into the Lorenzen Wright murder case.
Wright, 34, was found shot to death in a wooded area in Southeast Memphis on Wednesday (July 28). His mother reported him missing on July 22.

In the latest round of celebrity lawsuits Jamie Foxx is being sued by a Hollywood bartender for injuries he suffered. Details on that case and the investigation of judicial misconduct in C-Murder’s trial when you read on.

Jamie is being sued by a bartender who was hired to work at a party in Hollywood for Jamie. At the party, he slipped, cut his hand and received 170 stitches.
Jamie’s lawyers are saying the suit should be thrown out because Jamie, nor his company, planned the party, organized it nor chose the staff. He also didn’t create a hazardous work environment.
It seems like if anything is tied to a celebrity these days people find a way to get some cash out of it.
In other legal news, there may have been judicial misconduct in C-Murder’s murder trial.
C-Murder’s case was mentioned during another judges’ campaign for re-election. She is accused of publicizing his case to get herself re-elected. This made it difficult for C-Murder to have a fair trial and one of the jurors claimed that they were pressured by the judge to vote guilty against C-Murder.
This case could definitely get interesting. Lets see how this turns out…

Naomi Campbell was spotted scurrying away from the paps in London yesterday. It was just announced that she will be forced to testify in the blood diamond case involving Liberian President Charles Taylor. The special court of Sierra Leone is demanding Ms. Campbell to testify about her receiving an uncut diamond as a "gift" from President Taylor back in 1997. Taylor is currently on trial for dealing in blood diamonds and supporting Sierra Leone’s rebels.
Naomi has been resisting appearing before the court, claiming she “doesn’t want to get involved.” Uh oh….
