Method Man may have been a victim of a bottle attack while performing with Insane Clown Posse, but Posse member Violent J states that Mef provoked the attack.
In an interview with TMZ, Violent J states that Method Man didn’t know the significance of telling the Juggalos crowd, “F**k family. It’s all about hip-hop”, at that point is when Violent J states that the enthusiastic crowd turned violent.

Newbie porn star, Montana Fishburne aka ‘Chippy D’ finally spoke with her father, actor Laurence Fishburne, weeks after she announced her new career occupation in the porn industry. Chippy D told TMZ.com that her father is done with her and has disowned her as his daughter:
Montana says Laurence told her she is unwelcome in his life and wants nothing to do with her … at least for now. According to Montana, her dad said, “I’m not going to speak with you ’till you turn your life around.” Laurence was referring to his daughter joining the ranks of Vivid Entertainment as a porn star.
Montana says Laurence added, “You embarrassed me.”

Outspoken NBA analyst Charles Barkley has been very vocal about Lebron James’ off season actions.
Now the Hall of Famer is calling LBJ’s recent antics, ‘punk moves.’
James recently tweeted that he was keeping track of “everyone taking shots at me this summer.”

If you believe London’s The Sun "newspaper", they’re reporting they did an interview with with Ne-Yo and he is claiming he and Monyetta Shaw, the mother of his unborn child, are "just friends". Even though they totally act like more than that and are even rumored to already be secretly engaged. According to the paper:
The R&B titan, whose first child is due in January, said: "I’ll be in Atlanta, Miami or Brazil and celebrate with alcohol and a member of the opposite sex."
When I asked about his tot’s mum, he said: "I have a friend. Not a girlfriend. She’s carrying my child but knows I can’t commit. She doesn’t mind other women."
Oh yeah? People are really saying some interesting ish about their baby mamas these days….

Waka Flocka’s mama, Debra Antney, is off the chain! In a recent interview, Waka discussed Nicki Minaj and Gucci firing his mom as their manager. Well, his mama has some choice words for Vibe over the way the story was reported.
In the interview with Vibe, Waka talked about his relationship with Gucci and was quoted saying:
Just like LeBron [James] going to the Heat. I ain’t mad, though, or got problems with anybody. Moms is good; her bills are paid…Yeah, [it affected my relationship with Gucci] all the way. All the way. I ain’t got beef or anything but it has changed. We don’t talk anymore.”
Apparently, Debra didn’t like the way the relationship was portrayed. In a follow up interview with Allhiphop, she went IN:
“This is what I have to say to Vibe magazine. I am really kind of pissed off at you, for twisting the words up of Waka off the stuff he said,” Debra Antney told AllHipHop.com. “Like he [Waka] don’t mess with Gucci, no he hasn’t spoken to him in a minute. Y’all stop using the s**t of what happened, like Gucci fired me. “
“Things change, people went their separate ways and moved on. That doesn’t’ mean you got a goddamn beef,” Antney fumed to AllHipHop.com. “Everybody’s cool and alright. I think people need to get their s**t straight. People don’t have anything better to do than run around with this negative s**t, then all you little a**holes get together and join in, like y’all know so much.”
Damn! Waka’s mama don’t go in, she’s STAYS in. She harder than him! Debbie Deb plays NO games.

Don’t expect Shawty Lo to follow in rival T.I.‘s footsteps any time soon cause apparently the break-up between Ecreia (sigh) was MESSY.
So Shawty Lo and Ecreia were together for ten years, but now our sources are telling us that two weeks ago he kicked her and her daughter out of his house. Apparently Ecreia was cheating and stealing thousands of dollars out of his bank account to help take care of her OTHER man. Sloppy.
Now the streets are reporting that Shawty Lo is back with underground rapper Jai Jai (above), and this is the same chick whose NSFW pics he posted on his Myspace page. I’d still be bitter that he showed the world my cookies, but whatevs. I guess Llove is blind.
This seems like another mess waiting to happen…

Police say a man who robbed a Wendy’s restaurant at gunpoint and made a clean getaway also wants to lodge a complaint: Where’s the Beef? The bandit apparently called the fast-food place he robbed – twice – because he was unhappy with the amount of loot he lifted! The suspect walked up to the drive-through window of an Atlanta Wendy’s late Saturday night, wearing a ski mask and holding a gun.
He demanded the cash drawer, grabbed it and ran away. But police say he later called the restaurant to complain about the amount of cash. Police say in one call he said that “next time there better be more than 6.”
Some people are never satisfied. Since he his dumba$s calling after he robbery and ish, there most likely won’t be a “next time”…stupid motherf*cker.

Ne-Yo is sexy and talented. No Homo. And he wants you to know…he is No Homo. So stop blogging it. Tweeting it. Repeating it.
In an interview with FoxAllAccess, Ne-Yo addressed the one rumor that just won’t go away.
He said that bloggers tend to assume that anyone who sings R&B music as opposed to rapping and promoting violence is gay. He goes on to say he understands that , "If you are an artist and you become successful…you’re going to have to deal with negativity." On a more positive note, he says he is excited about the birth of his child.

Apparently Victoria Rowell woke up this morning and realized she spent 17 years working with an all-white cast and staff.
And she is NOT pleased.
On her Twitter she is ranting and raving about how The Young and The Restless is the #1 soap opeara on television yet they don’t have any Black directors, writers, stylists or hair and makeup artsts.
Dang. If you weren’t part of the Neil Winters clan you just weren’t on the set.
Through her rant we get all the dirt about how some of the Black staffers were mistreated and sabotaged.
She accuses Y&R of living behind a bubble. Perhaps. But I wonder if she raised these issues when she worked there. Cause tweeting her disgruntlement from the safety of her Atlanta home sounds like a bubble to me too. But whatever.

GLAAD, The Black AIDS Institute and the National Black Justice Coalition are putting “The View” on FULL BLAST as the show has failed to follow up regarding the controversial lies Sherri Shepherd and D.L. Hughley were spreading about the “down low” on an episode last month. Details on the flippy
In a full-page ad running in today’s Variety Magazine, the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) the Black AIDS Institute and the National Black Justice Coalition (NBJC) call on the ABC Television Network and its popular morning program The View, to correct misinformation put forth on the June 22 edition of the show.
The ad reads in part,
“On June 22, ABC’s The View aired inaccurate information about HIV, blaming African American gay and bisexual men for increased HIV rates among straight African American women. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has publicly disproven this myth. And since June 22, thousands of people have written to ABC, asking that The View Provide correct information to viewers. Unfortunately, those requests have been greeted with silence from both ABC and The View.”
The Variety ad placement comes nearly three weeks after inaccurate comments during The View’s “Hot Topics” segment. That day’s discussion centered on the FDA’s ban that prevents gay and bisexual men from donating blood.
“ABC now knows that it put out dangerous and false information about HIV/AIDS on its airwaves, yet the network still refuses to take responsibility,” said Rashad Robinson, GLAAD’s Senior Director of Programs. “ABC and The View’s refusal to correct these inaccurate remarks comes at the expense of African American gay and bisexual men, straight African American women and millions of audience members who need facts about HIV/AIDS, not myths. It’s extremely disheartening to see a program that usually covers our community with respect, unwilling to correct this serious lapse in editorial judgment.”
DAYUM!!! We know some people considered it trashy television, but it turns out “The View” is actually hazardous to people’s health!!!
Barbara Walters better recognize! She’s messing with the wrong folks. SMH.
