Floyd Mayweather Jr. was arrested in Las Vegas for grand larceny.  Authorities are claiming he took personal items from the home of Josie Harris, his baby momma without her permission.  Read on for the deets plus see a recently released photo of Lil Wayne on Rikers Island…

The YBF told you earlier, that police were called to the home of Josie Harris around 5 AM yesterday after she claimed Mayweather had attacked her and threatened to kill her.

According to docs obtained by TMZ, Josie Harris went to court yesterday and filed for a restraining order against Mayweather saying he came into her Las Vegas home Thursday morning and awoke her by, "pulling me by my hair and throwing me on the ground in my living room and began punching me in my head."

And it gets worse….according to Harris.  In the court docs, Harris claims Floyd dragged her on the floor and attempted to break her arm.  He then proceeded to hit her in front of the former couple’s three children while threatening them not to call the police.   Harris says Mayweather also threatened to hurt her boyfriend.

So where does the grand larceny come in?  Well Harris says Mayweather had been at the house two hours before the alleged attack, yelling at her about her new boyfriend.  She then called the police who escorted Floyd out of the home.

But Harris says Mayweather re-entered the home through her son’s side bedroom door, and that’s when the alleged attack occured.  THEN….the Las Vegas Review-Journal, reported that Mayweather was arrested and booked for grand larceny related to the domestic incident. According to the report, Mayweather allegedly took personal items from Harris’ house after the incident.  He was booked and held on ,000 bail. 

This story is still developing and we will keep you up to speed.  But interesting that after a professional boxer tries to break your arm and beats you in front of your three children the police only book him for grand larceny. SMH
