The IRS has filed it’s second lien against Young Money President, Lil Wayne. His first tax debt cost him 7,840. Now, Weezy owes the state of Florida .13 million according to The Detroit News.
It seems as if Weezy has been behind paying his income taxes on his organization called One Family Foundation. He created One Family Foundation, Inc. as a means to create opportunities for some of the most disadvantaged youth in America.
His legal troubles date back 6 years owing taxes from 2004, 2005 and 2007. In 2004, he had an unpaid balance of 6,561 and in 2005 he owed ,686.
And in 2007 he was behind 4,511 for his foundation.
Weezy’s One Family Foundation is listed as the address on the document.
Damn Weezy.
According to Weezy’s manager Cortez Bryant, Wayne will release an EP titled I‘m Not A Human Being celebrating his 28th birthday on September 27th. I’m Not A Human Being will be a viral release to entertain fans until his release of Tha Carter IV, which will be the follow-up of Wayne’s highly successful Tha Carter III. Fans will be able to cop a hard copy of I’m Not A Human Being sometime around Christmas as a gift from Wayne to show his appreciation to his fans.
As we previously reported, Lil Wayne is scheduled to be released from prison on November 4th, if all goes well.

Vonetta McGee, a film and television actress originally known for blaxploitation pictures like “Blacula,” “Hammer” and “Shaft in Africa,” died on July 9 in Berkeley, Calif.
She was 65 and a Berkeley resident.
The cause was cardiac arrest, said Kelley Nayo, a family spokeswoman.
In “Blacula” (1972), Ms. McGee portrayed the love interest of Mamuwalde (William Marshall), an African prince who, after an ill-fated trip to Transylvania centuries earlier, re-emerges in modern Los Angeles as a member of the thirsty undead.
Reviewing the film in The New York Times, Roger Greenspun called Ms. McGee “just possibly the most beautiful woman currently acting in movies.”
In “Hammer” (1972), Ms. McGee appeared opposite Fred Williamson in the tale of a young black prizefighter. In “Shaft in Africa” (1973), the third installment in the private-eye series starring Richard Roundtree, she played an emir’s daughter.
Ms. McGee’s other films include “The Kremlin Letter” (1970); “Detroit 9000” (1973); “Thomasine & Bushrod” (1974); and “The Eiger Sanction” (1975), directed by and starring Clint Eastwood.
Lawrence Vonetta McGee, named for her father, was born in San Francisco on Jan. 14, 1945. While studying pre-law at San Francisco State College, she became involved in community theater. She left college before graduating to pursue an acting career.
Ms. McGee’s first film work was in Italy, where her credits include the 1968 films “Faustina,” in which she played the title role, and “Il Grande Silenzio” (“The Great Silence”). After seeing her Italian work, Sidney Poitier arranged for her to be cast in her first American film, “The Lost Man” (1969), in which he starred.
In later years Ms. McGee had recurring roles on several television shows, among them “Hell Town,” “Bustin’ Loose,” “L.A. Law” and “Cagney & Lacey,” on which she portrayed the wife of Detective Mark Petrie, played by Carl Lumbly. Ms. McGee and Mr. Lumbly were married in 1986.
Besides Mr. Lumbly, Ms. McGee is survived by their son, Brandon Lumbly; her mother, Alma McGee; three brothers, Donald, Richard and Ronald; and a sister, also named Alma McGee.
Though she was associated in public memory with the genre, Ms. McGee deplored the term “blaxploitation.” It wasn’t the “black” that troubled her — that was a source of pride. It was the “exploitation.”
“She was constantly a person who preferred roles where women got to make choices,” Ms. Nayo said on Friday. “Where women got to be strong.”

BP finally stops the oil spill & sex education in kindergarten?

For the first time in nearly three months, BP has reported that no oil is leaking from the ruptured well. A "well integrity test" began Thursday after two days of delays.
A group of underwater cameras showed that no oil leaked from the well for the first time since April 20.
BP reports that the oil cutoff is not likely to go beyond 48 hours. However, this is the first positive step in stopping the leak completely.
It’s ironic how an "integrity" test worked to temporarily stop the leak while BP is being investigated for skipping mandatory procedures in drilling oil. *side eye*
Hopefully, this positive result will help improve President Obama‘s poll numbers, which dropped to around 44% this month.
In other news, some folks in Helena, Montana think sex education should be taught to children as young as 5?
A new proposal wants school nurses to teach children in kindergarten terms like ‘nipple, scrotum, penis, and uterus’.
Once promoted to first grade, students would learn that sexual relations can occur between two men or two women. When the students are 10, they will learn various ways of sexual intercourse including vaginally, orally, or anal penetration.
The superintendent of Helena Public Schools says, "As educators and as parents and as communities, we need to be more proactive in helping inform our students at an appropriate age what the risk factors are associated with their own behaviors so that they can make better decisions about their well-being,"
Opponents of the proposal, the Montana Family Foundation, say, "The problem is they think it would be age appropriate to teach different sexual positions and different sexual variations to 10 year olds,"
So what do you think, how young is too young to learn about sex??

In sad news, actress Vonetta McGee has died at the age of 65.
Born Lawrence Vonetta McGee, she starred in films of the blaxploitation era such as Blacula and Shaft in Africa.
According to the Los Angeles Times, she suffered cardiac arrest and died in the hospital on Friday, July 9th.

Christina‘s mom, Carmen Milian, talked about her daughter’s relationship and soon to be ex husband in a recent interview.
She made sure to include that she is focused on her daughter & grandchild saying, "I love them both so much and that is all I care about right now. I want to make sure that I protect my daughter and granddaughter."
She continued to say that Christina and her family refuse to get caught up in bashing The Dream and she prefers staying out of her kid’s relationships saying, "I don’t get involved in any of my children’s relationships. What they do is up to them."
Christina hasn’t released an official statement about the whole situation and her mother says, "Christina is doing fine and that’s all we want to say for now."
After taking it all in and waiting a few days, The Dream wrote an apology letter.
It reads…
First I want to thank God for the trials of life, without them we can’t know purpose!

Old news guzzler…errr…ummm video vixen Vida Guerra recently made an appearance in Washington, DC for PETA’s 2010 National Veggie Dog Day. She paraded around in a bikini made of hot peppers and caused married men to repeatedly get slapped by their wives! Well it’s good to see she can get some work these days! Old hoes need work too! Faux Woof Woof!!

Tony Yayo “Pass The Patron Video” And Comments On 50 Cent Concert Attack + Vh1′s Hot Wings Arrested

Videos have been circulating the web of 50 getting assaulted by a fan at a concert in Brazil and then security in return beats up the fan. Yayo says it’s not nearly as bad as the video makes it seem and it was just an over excited fan.
Yayo tells MTV News:
It was just a fan — he got a little carried away, a little happy. People make it seem like he got beat down real, real bad. He didn’t get beat down bad — he just got tackled, taken off the stage and the show [went] on.

Your girl Hot Wings from Vh1′s Real Chance at Love is currently doing time in a DC jail. The reality star, who’s real name is Brittany Marshall is doing time for an assault charge.
I guess she had beef with more people than groupie Kat Stacks and now one of them has caught up with her. We’ll see what happens with this.
