Tameka Foster opened her own clothing store in Roswell, Georgia. The celebrity stylist’s latest endeavor is a fashion boutique called "Estella", which specializes in women, men, and children’s wear. Maybe this is her way of moving on from her breakup with Usher, especially since he’s rumored to be engaged with another baby on the way….
Estella is located in the oldest house in historic Roswell, Georgia and looks aims to connect old country with style. Tameka also wants to win your business and is promising you, if you spend over 0, a complimentary style session with her the next time you shop….
Plus 25% of sales go toward the Lost Ones Foundation, which inspires, mentors, and aids troubled young women. Tameka has styled many YBF celebs like Lauryn Hill, Toni Braxton, and Jay-Z at one point. Tameka says that Estella aims to be a cozy space space where your fashion needs can be met without breaking the bank.

In other news, Jaleel White, bka Steve Urkel, is being investigated in suspicion of domestic battery. According to TMZ:
the alleged victim claims White allegedly punched her in one of her breast implants while they were driving on Pacific Coast Highway two weeks ago, with an infant in the car. We’re told, she claims when they got home White allegedly slapped her, and pushed her into a toilet so hard it broke the tank.
A rep for Jaleel tells TMZ, "There was absolutely no battery … no abuse … and the incident never happened."
The rep continues, "This is just a ploy in an ongoing custody battle over their young daughter to tarnish his name."
Sources connected with White’s baby mama, Bridget Hardy, tell TMZ Hardy is in fact the alleged victim. We’re told she did not report any injuries.
The alleged victim filed a report with the LAPD Tuesday. The investigation is ongoing.
We broke the news back in March about Jaleel, his new baby and baby mama Bridget. Don’t know what’s really hood with this situation, but I wish I WOULD get slapped up by Urkel….
Uncle Luke Says Supreme Court Nominee Elena Kagan Can Be As Nasty As She Wanna Be

Soon-to-be Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan has an unlikely supporter: Luther “Uncle Luke” Campbell. Pop it to see what Mr. Nasty had to say about his “homegirl.”
Luther “Uncle Luke” Campbell has taken a break from disowning his children to publicly endorse President Obama’s choice for the next Supreme Court Justice, Elena Kagan. Back in 1989, Kagan was the attorney who defended 2 Live Crew’s album ‘Nasty As They Wanna Be.‘ She helped overturn a ban on the album after telling the court that the album had “undoubted artistic value.” She also said the album “did not physically excite anyone who hears it, much less arouse a shameful and morbid sexual response.”
Now, in an interview with the Miami New Times, Luke is returning the favor. He gave props to his “homegirl” and summarized her defense of the 1989 album:
“In other words, my homegirl Kagan was saying people could not be aroused by the lyrics ‘cause my d*ck’s on bone’ or ‘me so horny, me f*ck you long time.’ She realized these words did not meet the standard of appealing to prurient interests.” He continued: “She is not going to let any person or group tell her what is right or wrong. Kagan will judge each case based on the law of the land. She has demonstrated she can protect the Constitution by doing the fine work she did to protect 2 Live Crew’s freedom of speech.”
Anyone who can use d*ck, f*ck and prurient in the same sentence HAS to be a credible source of recommendation. Now that Uncle Luke has given his blessings, we can breathe a sigh of relief. Ahhhh.. Our beloved Constitution is safe.
MUSIC FAB: Usher’s New Album+Both Drake & Rihanna Cancel Shows

Usher isn’t taking any time off. The R&B artist has a new album set to release in August. The 8-song CD will be called ‘Versus’. Usher says this album will be a stand-alone project and part of a special deluxe version of Raymond V. Raymond, which debuted in March.
I wonder if he will address his new relationship and baby rumors….
Can’t wait to hear this one….
Rih Rih has cancelled two more tour dates of her North American leg of Last Girl On Earth. Rihanna cancelled stops in Phoenix, Dallas, and Atlanta recently as well. Sources from her team say it’s "scheduling conflicts" and not slumping sales. Cancelled tour dates couldn’t keep her down as she shopped it up and posed with fans at Barney’s in LA yesterday:

Another Drake New York performance has been cancelled.
A potential Drake concert performance set for July 16 on ‘Good Morning America’ will no longer take place. A spokesperson for ABC confirmed that a possible Drake show was in the works, but was never booked. The NYC Police Department did not want this performance to go down either because the city’s parks department failed to provide security the NYPD considered necessary for such an event.
Drake was also set to perform a free show June 15, the date of his album release. NYPD shut this show down after an unruly crowd of 10,000 swarmed the event.
Maybe Drake can use this time to work on his stage presence. No shade. We’re still Team Drizzy around these parts….
